Introduction Beston Service Pty Ltd trading as Australian Drain & Pipe Repairs (ADPR) values the individuality of its employees and encourages them to display their different characters. However, all staff, both employees and management, of ADPR have an overriding duty to act in the best interests of ADPR during the course of their employment, whether it be when out on a job or when they are in the office.
Aim The aim of this Code of Conduct is to establish a proper standard for the conduct of all ADPR employees. It sets out the minimum attributes and abilities that a person must demonstrate to be an employee of ADPR. The Code stands beside but does not replace or override the employees' responsibilities or obligations under their contract of employment or other laws. The Code is an important document that is to be taken seriously by all employees. It is to be looked to for guidance and will together with the Values of the Company, form the basis for open communication of and clearer understanding of the rights, responsibilities and obligations of all who work at ADPR.
Feedback The Code of Conduct is intended to be a public document to encourage accountability of our employees especially when they deal with customers and suppliers. We encourage feedback from our customers and suppliers regarding our employee's adherence to this Code so that we can continue to offer excellent customer service in all aspects of our work.
